What

Bootstrapped the Obsidian project hub under Projects/personal-finance-notion/ mirroring the lumendev-invoice layout: MOC, context/index, decisions/index, changelog/index, backlog/index, runbooks/index. Linked from [[Areas/LumenDev/LumenDev]] under Client & product hubs.

Why

Project had no vault presence — narrative, decisions, and operational notes were either implicit or scattered across the app repo (docs/, AGENTS.md, docs/todo.md). Sole maintainer; needed a single durable surface for the why and what's next separated from the repo's how it works.
