Description

• Prep: [[Projects/lumendev-museum-ibu-marsinah/meetings/2026-05-22-client-scope-lock|Meeting prep (2026-05-22)]] — §1–§11 agenda (incl. product fundamentals), decision slots, draft acceptance checklist.
• Update [[Projects/lumendev-museum-ibu-marsinah/context/client-brief-initial|client brief]] with answers.
• Reprioritize p0 items; drop or defer anything not required for Sunday handoff.
• Capture client org name, sign-off contact, domain/DNS if available.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] client-brief-initial.md updated with decisions (or new meeting note linked).
• [ ] Hub Outcome and Risks sections refreshed.
• [ ] Any new work filed as backlog with p0/p2 and realistic due dates before 2026-05-25.

Priority

• p1 — unblocks accurate content and acceptance; engineering continues in parallel until then.
